1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use lowjargon.com or buy from Low Jargon, which is operated by , , Ghana. By buying, you agree to them.
2. Our products
We sell digital products: PDF guides, printables, templates and spreadsheets. Nothing physical is shipped. Product details describe what each one includes.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record, so Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
You get a download link on the confirmation page and by email right after purchase. If you have any trouble, contact us and we’ll resend it.
5. Your licence: what you can and can’t do
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
- You can download, print and use it for yourself, including to help your own job search or work.
- You can fill in and adapt the templates for your own messages.
- You can’t share, resell, re-upload, give away, or repackage the files or their contents, or claim them as your own.
- The free cheat sheet may be shared freely, as long as it stays complete and unchanged, with our name on it.
All content, including text, design, templates and images, belongs to Low Jargon.
6. No guarantees of results
Our guides give practical advice and templates. They don’t guarantee any particular outcome, such as a reply, interview, job offer or income, because results depend on many things outside our control. Nothing we publish is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
7. Third-party tools
Some products mention AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and other services such as Excel, Google Sheets and LinkedIn. We’re not affiliated with them. Their features, prices and terms are theirs and may change. Please don’t put private or sensitive information into AI tools, as our guides explain.
8. No refunds
All sales are final; see our Refund Policy. If a file is faulty or you received the wrong product, we’ll fix or replace it.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on our site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local laws.
